At Mermerica, each piece is crafted with care specifically for you. Our made-to-order approach ensures the highest quality and reduces waste. Please allow additional time for production before shipping:

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Estimated Delivery Times

* Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time. Actual delivery may vary based on customs processing and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through your account on our website.

• Local postal services for international delivery

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees required by your country are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information about policies that may apply to your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been placed may not be possible once the package has been shipped.

For apartment or office deliveries, please include:

• Building name (if applicable)
• Apartment/Suite/Unit number
• Floor number
• Any access codes or delivery instructions

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping only. Express shipping options require a physical street address.

Packaging

Every Mermerica order is carefully packaged in our signature gift boxes, making your purchase gift-ready from the moment it arrives. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit while providing a luxurious unboxing experience.

We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, including:

• Recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes
• Biodegradable tissue paper
• Plastic-free packaging tape
• Reusable dust bags for select items

Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for theft from your property. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.
